There is no deductible to file a claim with Pro-tect.
Claims can be submitted easily using the Pro-tect service app, the dealer branded app, or visiting our website at Pro-tectcars.com.
You can have an unlimited amount of dents repaired during your coverage term. Dents must be able to be removed using paint-less dent repair methods and not have any paint damage. Please refer to your warranty for more specific details.

You can have two alloy wheels repaired or reconditioned per year during the term of your warranty.
No, the alloy wheel protection only provides coverage for the repair or reconditioning of an alloy wheel in the event it is damaged by a road hazard or curb.
If your windshield is damaged and cannot be repaired, we will reimburse you for your auto insurance deductible to file a claim with them, up to $500 per occurrence.
You have coverage for the repair or replacement of the vehicle’s original factory interior surfaces that become damaged as a result of permanent stains, UV exposure, temperature extremes, rips, punctures and burns. Please refer to your warranty for more specific details.
You have coverage for the reconditioning of the vehicle’s factory clear coat surfaces that become damaged as a result of weather induced fading, UV exposure, oxidation, hard water etching, bird droppings, tree sap, road salt, road de-icing agents, acid raid, insect damage (including but not limited to love bugs), accidental spray paint overspray, or industrial fallout. Please refer to your warranty for more specific details.
Pro-tect does not provide coverage for all exotic vehicles, including, but not limited to: Alfa Romeo, Alpina, Ascari, Avanti, Bugatti Noble, Pagini, Panoz, Saleen, Spyker, TVR, Daewoo, Bentley, Lamborghini, Lotus, Maserati, Ferrari, Rolls Royce.
